Lou is a professional with broad experience in residential real estate sales and investment. He has listed, sold, renovated and developed property in DC since 1980, and is the Principal Broker of Washington DC Homes and CEO of Partnership Ventures, a rehab company. Lou holds a Master's Degree in Urban Planning from UC Berkeley. He has also been active in the public schools and with housing issues.
